Water-clear to lightly stained temp 79 degrees. Black bass are at their best right now. Post spawn some bass are still shallow and feeding. Road beds fished with spinnerbaits or crankbaits are very productive. Pond dams and rock humps are producing bigger fish with carolina rigs and deep diving crankbaits. Sand bass and crappie are also bitting very good now and limits are easy to fill with a number of techniques.

Lewisville

Water-lightly stained temp 79-81 degrees. Black bass are schooling on points. Crankbaits and carolina rigs are proving good. Sand bass and hybrid stripers excellent early and late on slab spoons and top water baits around points and main lake humps. Catfish are excellent on live and cut shad.
